One may think it's the unmet needs and desires the cause of broken relationships. And we are tired and mostly unwilling to satisfy someone else's needs before or in the detriment of our own. Needs and desires make us walk and even run on purpose at times. But fears.. Oh my! We hide, run, jump, climb, walk on bodies... whatever is needed. To escape our fears. And what are fears anyway? Well, unintegrated experiences from or since early childhood. Things we haven`t completely understood that hurt and frightened us and that we never want to repeat. But guess what? They will be repeated on and on and on... Because we live in their shadows. We project from them and perceive through them. We want to escape them so badly that anything as close as a resemblance will trigger us into great discomfort and stress. Say, one is afraid of spiders for example... God forbid you joke with "a spider on you!" unless you want one to have a heart attack o

Ever wonder why even the almighty, seemingly careless, leaves you into the oblivion of most excruciating pain? Why though you scream from the depth of your being for a bit of light you are left into complete darkness? It`s because you are not truly willing! To listen! You don`t seek for THE answer. Yo seek for a solution of your own construction. Your request is for the problem to stop so that your pain may go away. But what you aren`t ready to be shown is that YOU are THE problem! You are wounded by your own perceptions of right and wrong! What must or musn`t be! You beg for light while you hold on darkness in the clench of your teeth. You cling to pain and keep on agonizing into your own delusion. Expanding darkness by extending faults and blames to all those, human and gods alike, that seem unwilling to help you. And you keep on reasoning... with your own limited mind, over how entitled you are to happiness. But.. are you really? Well, let me tel

Unfortunately we are not yet at that level. It takes hard work to get there. And what would be the purpose of everything if not to help? Plants heal humans. Humans help and take care of the planet. We exchange ideas. We are connected. There is nothing unfortunate. We are heading in the "good" direction exactly because of everything that "seems" unfortunate around us. Because all that "looks" unfortunate makes us aware. Makes us desire to thrive for "another level". So right about that! And it is not hard work and effort that we need. But this very awareness that happens naturally. An awareness that, if we do not explore by free will, we are forced into by all that we experience. N ot, for you not. What about those millions that did not even wake up?? Yes. But no matter that! Do not forget! You become, you experience, you create what you pay attention to. Forget what isn`t. The "right" relationship requires not a perfect mind/physical/soul match but a dedication to love beyond the limits of our common beliefs and personal needs. A process of evolution and break through the social, cultural, religious, human conditionings, etc... A dedication to support each other through common understanding or one another when one fails to see clearly or understand the "right" way, for the purpose of growth, ultimate freedom and happiness. First and foremost achieving individual balance and happiness and only after happiness in two as a couple. We seek. We find. We process (compare, analyze, comprehend) similarities and differences. We reach to a higher perspective. The one that reveals to us that differences are mere illusions, that all is connected, all is one. Life is not better anywhere else (whatever corner of the world, that is). The same struggles goes within each human being. We might see them on different scales, in different colors, but only because we judge them from the outside. We measure them from our standing point, which is always a comparing point. What is within cannot be measured from without. Thus what is within may be found only when the search without is finalized. Everyday we get more and more into slavery by buying things more or less "valuable" that are neither of real use nor a necessity to our happiness. We are lead to believe that this is how it is supposed to be. That we shall follow the trends so we can be acknowledged. That our value consists of gold weight and money worth of the things we own. Thoreau  pointed well that "the price of anything is the amount of life you exchange for it". Cause ultimately we don`t pay with money but with the amount of time we worked for that money. Which is basically our life. Shall we remember then? Every moment we feel an urgency to spend ... for whatever? That less = more. Thus, less things, more life. ...in truth,  OdiliaCarmen

You always can! How? It`s enough what you transmit to be able to help a person. Though in my case I need your presence. Expand! Your presence is all the support that I need. Why? What do you feel different in my presence? Because I feel you.. I feel you within me, I feel what you transmit... I feel stillness. I think stillness contains all that I feel. The empty space is your support then. Therefore you do not need my presence but the empty space. You need to throw away everything. Good explanation but it doesn't fit me, to also find myself an excuse. Through you I can understand things in different ways... And those differ

  Music is for each and every being. Music is within and without us all. Everyone can sing and everyone has his own unique voice. Incomparable that is. Don`t be a copy! There is no such thing as too soon or too late to start singing. Have courage and fulfil your dreams! Make sure, in the process, they are your own not someones else`s. You can sing whatever style/songs as long as it does not harm you and it is truly what you want and love. Singing what is in fashion, for the market or for whatever other reasons is not a true expression of yourself, will not bring you happiness and is neither genuine art.  Singing brings peace, joy and relaxation. Whatever brings the opposites is not singing. Singing is ultimately a connection with your own soul and the source of existence. When you`ll be ready, everything else will be ready for you.
