The Secret of the Golden Flower: Gathering of the Living Word
I’ve long asked myself how to offer my knowing to the world —
not as a teacher, not as a path, but as something simpler, truer.
I found no answer.
Until one arrived — not in thought, but in dream.
A gathering.
Not to teach, not to explain — but to return to what is already known,
in the silent soil of the heart.
It came with a name I did not invent:
The Secret of the Golden Flower.
❍ What It Is
A monthly online gathering held on the night of the New Moon.
We meet not to learn — but to listen.
Not to study — but to enter the presence of The Living Word:
a passage from a sacred text —
Taoist, Vedic, Yogic, Buddhist, Hebrew, Christian, Gnostic, Islamic, Sufi, Indigenous,
and mystical lineages from around the world —
or from the deep well of the unknown.
The text is read aloud.
Then we begin a Socratic dialogue —
each voice offering what was stirred within.
No one teaches. No one explains.
We inquire. We reflect. We speak from our own root.
The circle holds both silence and speech,
reflection and revelation.

you’re welcome to contribute here:
Your offering supports the continuity of this space
and the quiet tending of its fire.
No obligation. No expectation.
Only if it rises from within.

We do not gather to understand the sacred.
We gather to let it undo us.
As Socrates once said: “I know that I do not know.”
And from that unknowing, wisdom begins to speak.
In Truth, 🙏 & ((( 💚 ))), OdiliaCarmen
