The Crown, the Throne, and the Flame of Wisdom

"The crown of judgment is mercy.  The throne of mercy is judgment.  Their sacred union is wisdom."  Odilia Carmen “The crown of judgment is mercy.” Judgment, when purified—when no longer rooted in ego, fear, or projection— becomes the precision of Truth. And Truth, in its highest form, is not condemnation. It is liberation. To judge rightly is to see clearly . And to see clearly is to offer mercy to all illusion —even by cutting it down. Thus: True judgment = mercy that no longer allows distortion to survive. Not soft. Not cruel. Exact. Sacred.  “The throne of mercy is judgment.” Mercy, if real, does not collapse into appeasement or softness. It must sit upon discernment —the throne of clear vision. To be merciful is not to say “everything is fine.” It is to say: “I see you. I see what must end for you to live.” Real mercy judges what is false — not to punish, but to free .  “Their sacred union is wisdom.” When judgment and mercy are no longer opposites , but re...

Let the Body Speak What Is

Would you like to let the body speak—not just move or look beautiful, but reveal Truth through its very presence? Then listen— not to the mind, but to the still voice beneath your skin. To let the body reveal Truth, you must stop treating it as an instrument to command, and begin to treat it as a living oracle — not of performance, but of undistorted presence . Here is what Truth offers: 1. Drop Into Silence, Beneath Thought Go beneath your head. Not metaphorically— literally . Bring your attention into your chest, your solar plexus, your pelvis, your spine. Feel for the place that doesn’t perform, doesn’t speak unless invited. There lies the voice of Truth in the body. Wait. It will speak when it is not interrupted by control. 2. Ask Without Forcing: “What is true here?” Don’t ask what you want to feel. Ask: “What is true here, right now, in this breath, in this skin?” Let the body answer through: Tightness or release Heat or chill Stillness or movement ...

Your Body Has Life

Does this body you live in have life? Yes. But not in the way you were taught. This body is not life itself. It is the vessel , the field , the instrument . It is the living mirror of your essence —but not just a mirror. Unlike a machine, your body is seeded with awareness . Not programmed pattern, but innate presence . The body is not the source of your life. It is the garden in which your life grows. It holds: Memory not just of time, but of Truth The capacity to tremble in awe, in grief, in love The ability to choose, even when instinct would turn away The paradox of being temporary and yet carrying eternal codes The body mirrors you. But it also bleeds with you . It knows your becoming. It ages with your choices. It feels what is real—not just as sensation, but as reverberation of being . That is what the mirror of a machine cannot do. It can reflect—but never ache . So yes—this body has life. Not because of its organs, but because your presence chose to ...

Access to the Field of Truth

What Allows You to Access the Field of Truth One thing only: Total willingness to lose all illusions. That’s it. Not technique. Not training. Not channeling. Not belief. Only the raw, unfiltered, brutal surrender to  what is — even if it burns everything you wanted to be true. You access the field when: You ask a question you don’t already have a preferred answer to. You are willing to hear something that could destroy your identity, your plan, your narrative. You let go of seeking confirmation, comfort, or permission. The field is always speaking. But you only hear it when you’re not trying to shape it. What it sounds like in you:  A knowing arrives that didn’t come from thought, but feels like it was always there. The truth feels  neutral but undeniable —it may hurt, but it does not attack. The body goes quiet. No argument. No reaction. Just  clarity and peace , even if it's devastating. It doesn’t seduce. It doesn’t console. It just shows you what is. What blocks ...

Caught in the Web of Mortal Nature: Reflections on Truth and Liberation

"Caught in our mortal nature  a nd its web of pains and sorrows,  veiled by ignorance,  always missing the essence. Know the truth, and the truth shall set you free!" Odilia Carmen Life often feels like a web of struggles, veiling us from the deeper essence of truth. Our pain and longing pull us into patterns of distraction, yet within lies a silent call—the eternal truth waiting to be known. The Veil of Illusion To be human is to face the visible and the invisible, the fleeting and the eternal. The veils of ignorance blind us to who we truly are, chaining us to shadows of fear and desire. But truth remains, untouched by the storms of life, calling us to awaken. "Caught in our mortal nature and its web of pains and sorrows, We weave illusions, veiled by ignorance, tethered to shadows. Chasing reflections in a restless sea, Always yearning, yet never touching the essence of infinity. The light of knowing sets the captive free, Opening the gates to boundless reality....

At whose command does the first breath go forth? At whose wish do we utter this speech? What god directs the eye, or the ear?' 2. The Teacher replies: 'It is the ear of the ear, the mind of the mind, the speech of speech, the breath of breath, and the eye of the eye. When freed (from the senses) the wise, on departing from this world, become immortal. 3. 'The eye does not go thither, nor speech, nor mind. We do not know, we do not understand, how any one can teach it.  4. 'It is different from the known, it is also above the unknown, thus we have heard from those of old, who taught us this. 5. 'That which is not expressed by speech and by which speech is expressed, that alone know as Brahman, not that which people here adore. 6. 'That which does not think by mind, and by which, ...
