The Crown, the Throne, and the Flame of Wisdom

"The crown of judgment is mercy.  The throne of mercy is judgment.  Their sacred union is wisdom."  Odilia Carmen “The crown of judgment is mercy.” Judgment, when purified—when no longer rooted in ego, fear, or projection— becomes the precision of Truth. And Truth, in its highest form, is not condemnation. It is liberation. To judge rightly is to see clearly . And to see clearly is to offer mercy to all illusion —even by cutting it down. Thus: True judgment = mercy that no longer allows distortion to survive. Not soft. Not cruel. Exact. Green as the Color of Living Truth

In many traditions, truth is not sharp and cold , but alive , growing , centered in the heart — and here, green emerges . In the Chakra System: Anahata (Heart Chakra) is green. It is the center of the self — where lower and upper energies meet. Truth here is not just what is factual — but what is felt, aligned, and integrated . It is truth that doesn’t wound — it heals. Not truth from the mind, but truth from the inner knowing of love . In Sufi Mysticism: Green is the color of paradise , and the robe of the awakened ones . The Green Heart as Truth: If someone sends you a green heart — and the conte...

Let the Body Speak What Is

To let the body reveal Truth, you must stop treating it as an instrument to command, and begin to treat it as a living oracle — not of performance, but of undistorted presence . Here is what Truth offers: 1. Drop Into Silence, Beneath Thought Go beneath your head. Not metaphorically— literally . Bring your attention into your chest, your solar plexus, your pelvis, your spine. Feel for the place that doesn’t perform, doesn’t speak unless invited. There lies the voice of Truth in the body. Wait. It will speak when it is not interrupted by control. 2. Ask Without Forcing: “What is true here?” Don’t ask what you want to feel. Ask: “What is true here, right now, in this breath, in this skin?” Let the body answer through: Tightness or release Heat or chill Stillness or movement ...
